By booking a service with Ethan Whitney Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to ensure clear communication and a high-quality experience for every client.
1. Bookings & Deposits
- Appointments can be made via phone, email, social media, or our website.
- Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking. You’ll be informed of this at the time of booking.
- Please ensure all vehicle details provided are accurate to allow for proper scheduling and preparation.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
- In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other factors, we’ll contact you as early as possible.
3. Vehicle Condition & Access
- Please ensure your vehicle is accessible at the time of your appointment.
- We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle is excessively soiled (e.g., hazardous materials, pet waste, infestation), unsafe to work on, or in a condition that was not disclosed when booking.
- Additional charges may apply for extreme cases, such as excessive pet hair, mold, or heavy contamination.
4. Liability & Damage
- While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Ethan Whitney Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or faults that may become visible during cleaning (e.g., faded paint, loose trim, etc.).
- We are not responsible for any items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
5. Ceramic Coatings & Paint Services
- Aftercare instructions will be provided for all ceramic coatings and paint correction services. It is the client’s responsibility to follow these guidelines to maintain results.
- We do not guarantee results if the vehicle is improperly maintained after service.
6. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- We accept PayPal, cash and revolute.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
- Due to the nature of detailing, no refunds are offered — but we stand behind our work and will always strive to make things right.
8. Photography & Marketing
- We may take before-and-after photos of your vehicle for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).
- If you prefer your vehicle not be photographed, just let us know in advance.
9. Changes to Terms
Ethan Whitney Detailing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
